Are you interested in bringing your buying group on-board to AccordRx? We can help! We have tailored a plan specifically for you with some fantastic features that will help your members and really help you attract new members.

You get all of the features of our basic plan, plus the option to have a completely private marketplace for your members – at no additional cost! Your members can always participate in the AccordRx member marketplace as well – it’s completely up to you! We also provide free onboarding of your members. We will get everyone set up and provide dedicated training so that everyone understands the benefits of how to use our amazing platform.

Simply sign-up and register each of your pharmacies under the free 30-day trial. During your trial, send us a message and we will discount your membership fee as follows:

Two pharmacies: $25/month per pharmacy
Three or more pharmacies: $20/month per pharmacy

In order to provide a safe, secure, and quick way to process transactions, we have partnered with the industry leading payment processing platform to accept eChecks.

Our relationship with them has allowed us to keep costs as low as possible with reduced administration costs and faster processing time. We are also able to take advantage of their Advanced Fraud Detection Suite (ADFS) in order to ensure that your transactions and business with AccordRx is always safe and secure.

Electronic checks are processed via the ACH (Automated Clearing House) network. A customer provides their bank account information (bank routing and account number) for processing.

Using the customer’s bank account information, an electronic request is made to charge the customer in the amount of the purchase. Our payment processor receives the electronic request and stores the transaction in the “batch” with our other transactions for the day.

At the end of each business day, a request is submitted to the customer’s bank through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) to charge that particular customer. The eCheck system waits for the result of the transaction from the bank. This process usually takes two to three (2-3) business days. The funds are transferred (via electronic funds transfer, or EFT) from the customer’s bank and deposited into your business bank account. Your eCheck account balance is updated depending on the results of the transactions.
