The AccordRx Service
AccordRx is an online marketplace for verified pharmacies and their staff to sell and purchase overstock inventory to fulfill a specific patient need or in the event of a declared federal emergency. We take privacy and security seriously and collect only the information we need in order to meet federal and state requirements and usage metrics in order to improve our product for our members.

The legal right to purchase and sell pharmaceutical products is regulated under state and federal laws. AccordRx is legally required to collect some information about the users of the Site and/or App.

We collect various types of information depending upon how you use our Site/App. Before you are able to buy or sell prescription drugs on the AccordRx marketplace, you will need to register to become a member. In order to meet state and federal regulations, we require the following information:

- NPI number
- DEA license number
- State license number
- Copy of state pharmacy license
- Legal business name
- Business address

To become an AccordRx member, we require a copy of your state pharmacy license to comply with state and federal regulations. This information is required in order to process your application. The information you provide is transmitted through a secure server using SSL encryption and stored in secure storage.
